Just a quick update as so far I can only get regular wifi coming through one very specific point (name withheld as an expression of my 5th amendment rights). The trip is going pretty well. I am on the Stewart J. Cort, which was the first 1000' lakeboat built in 1972, and is very unique. Because of its peculiarities, I'm on a very specific route from Superior, Wisconsin to Burns Harbor, Indiana, which is repeated weekly. So there's not a lot of variety, but I suppose that's a good learn experience too, to see what the grind can be like. In any case, if you're ever near Duluth or Chicago, I'm near both about once a week, and while I can't really leave too far (as I don't have a car at the dock), I would possibly have a few hours to hang out. Anyway, I'll sign off now as I have to make the most of my internet. The fortunate part is I do get somewhat regular cell coverage (everywhere except coming across Superior and the middle part of Lake Michigan).
